Terrible attitude towards the public and anything to do with inclusive disabilities as you can see from the screenshots. They didn't want to argue with me but kept replying..And calling a member of the public an idiot from a business account isn't great either. Professional company? 10/10 service - I had a small part come off the mud guard of my rear wheel. Halfords said they cant do anything and I would have to buy a whole new mud guard, these guys at Recycle York however actually just fixed the mud guard instead and free of charge! I have had many positive experiences with this shop over the past year and a half. Many times I have been in there to get my bike repaired and they have always repaired my bike much more quickly than their competitors, Halfords and Cycle Heaven. Recently, I brought my bike into Halfords for a repair and they told me they could 'get to it in 3 weeks', so I brought my bike to Re-Cycle instead and they repaired it there, on the spot, in 5 minutes. The bike is now running well. I even bought my bike (second hand) from them in February, and it still holds up well. Honestly, I can't praise this shop enough but I can say that it is the best cycle shop I have ever been to, in terms of service, speed of repair, and quality of repair. Edit 4 years later: I still stand by everything I posted about this shop 4 years ago. The second hand bike that I bought from them 4 years ago is still running well despite frequent and sometimes rough use (I like to race on my commutes to work). I have brought the bike in many times over the years to deal with wear and tear issues, and the service I have received continues to be second-to-none, and as an avid cyclist, it is so helpful to have such a great shop on my doorstep.
